OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES (TOP TIER FRIDAYS AT TENN: 2/3/2023)

Eligibility: This sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open to Florida State University or Tallahassee Community College students 18+ years of age or older as of January 1, 2023.

Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes begins on January 30th, 2023, at 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time and ends on February 3, 2023, at 11:59 PM Eastern Standard Time (the "Sweepstakes Period").
How to Enter: To enter the Sweepstakes, attend Top Tier Fridays at TENN Nightclub on February 3rd, 2023. Once you have arrived, provided a valid form of ID, and paid cover / redeemed cover via the LineLeap app, a staff member will provide you with your sweepstakes entry ticket! We highly encourage attending the event as it will exhilarating to potentially win live!
Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): If you cannot or do not wish to attend the live event, there is a “no-purchased required” alternate method of entry. To enter the Sweepstakes with the alternative method: Follow @fsutoptier on Instagram, like and share the pinned Sweepstakes post, tag 3 friends, and stay up-to-date on future announcements and potential additional criteria needed to validate your entry. Online entrants will be added to the same drawing as all other Sweepstakes participants.
Prize: Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. There will be four total winners with four total prizes. The prizes are (1) Macbook, (1) $300 GOAT Gift card, (1) $100 Giftcard to either Publix/Chick-Fila/Chipotle, (1) Free Entry to TENN Friday for the Spring Semester. NOTE: Winner of the MacBook must be present at the drawing in order to receive. All other prizes can be awarded digitally.
Drawing and Notification: The winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received on or about February 4, 2023. The winner will be notified LIVE at the event or via direct message on Instagram and must respond within 24 hours to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within the designated time period, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. Online entrants who are not present at the live giveaway will be contacted via Instagram. if they’ve won. NOTE: Must be present at the drawing to receive the Macbook. All other prizes can be awarded digitally.

Additional Terms and Conditions
General Terms and Conditions: By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Top Tier, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Top Tier reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Top Tier’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Top Tier in its sole discretion. Top Tier shall not be responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes, or in the announcement of the prize.
Release: By participating in the Sweepstakes or event, each entrant releases Top Tier and its affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and assigns, from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of their participation in the Sweepstakes or their acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
